Full job description

Citibank, N.A. seeks Non-Trading Market Risk Mgmt Senior Analyst for its Getzville, NY location.

Duties: Support regular and time-sensitive analytics, visualizations and reports for senior management and regulators. Support resolution of complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of basic operations and business processes. Demonstrate the expertise and abilities to manage for various stress testing reports and handle regulatory reports for Citigroup such as IRRBB, CGME ICAAP, and CEP ICAAP, etc. Review of multiple data sources to ensure their accuracy and that data is fit-for-purpose. Contributes to the Data Governance, Data Services and Data Quality initiatives across the organization and ensure issues are escalated and remediated promptly. Support process improvements opportunities and capabilities to increase consistency, transparency, and reliability of stress testing results through tech/model automation. Such as automate the manually process for GSST into automate process through core IT solution (Optima System, Oracle Database), look for Python solution for existent EUC tools. Partner with Technology to design strategies for an automated solution to ensure complete, correct and timely reporting. Assist with implementation of key controls and maintenance of associated process documentation. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Finance, Applied Analytics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation performing risk analysis and reporting. Five (5) years of experience must include: Performing data analytics and risk reporting; Identifying and remediating potential data quality issues in data processing to comply with risk and control responsibilities; Utilizing Access, SQL, VBA, R, and SAS to perform database management of complex financial and investment data; Performing process automation utilizing programming tools including Python; and Using visualization tools, including Tableau, to create dashboard and analysis reports for senior management.
