Job Duties
General Labor (Foundry)
Key Responsibilities
Assist with pouring, molding, and handling molten or cast metal
Perform grinding, sanding, and basic finishing on metal parts
Load/unload materials and move product throughout the facility
Operate basic foundry equipment and follow safety procedures
Inspect parts for defects, quality issues, and proper finish
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Support machine operators and other production staff as needed
Minimum Education Required
High School

Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or foundry experience preferred, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hot, fast‑paced environment
Comfortable with physical labor, repetitive tasks, and standing for long periods
Strong attention to safety and quality
Reliable attendance and willingness to learn new tasks
