There will be an application screening for the position to verify that the minimum qualifications (education & experience) have been satisfied. We will email you via www.edjoin.org to advise you if you may participate in the written. All candidates will be required to provide a photo ID with their signature. If you pass the written and/or performance exam, you may be scheduled to participate in a selection interview. Written Exam: OVSD tests on Wednesdays. Once you have applied, it has been determined that your application is complete, and you have met the minimum qualifications, you will receive an invitation to test via email with the date of the exam. Please monitor your inbox for more information on testing/next steps. .

If you have already taken and passed the Instructional Assistant Competency Exam with one of the following districts, notify a member of the Personnel Commission staff at the time you are invited to the test:
