The Opportunity As a Marketing & Events Representative, you’ll be the face of Lumber at trade shows, conferences, and customer events across the U.S. You’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute event experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and leads — while supporting our marketing campaigns with a focus on storytelling, logistics, and follow-up magic. This role blends creativity and hustle — perfect for someone who thrives at events, loves building relationships, and can switch between marketing strategy and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan & Execute Events: Coordinate logistics, setup, and on-site presence for trade shows, summits, and customer events.
  • Represent the Brand: Be the go-to face of Lumber at events — engaging attendees, sharing our story, and capturing leads.
  • Support Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to align event strategies with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Post-Event Follow-up: Work with sales and marketing ops to ensure all leads and contacts are captured, tracked, and nurtured.
  • Social & Content Support: Capture photos, videos, and stories from events to share across Lumber’s social channels.
  • Partnership Support: Assist with co-marketing initiatives and partner events to strengthen relationships and visibility. What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activation (construction industry a plus)
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re approachable, engaging, and professional
  • Comfort with travel for events and tradeshows across the U.S.
  • Creative eye for branding and visuals
