Human Resources Generalist – Benefits & Recruiting
A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives. This role partners closely with managers and employees to deliver a positive employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.

Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
-
Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions.

Maintain HR records and support HR compliance activities.
-
Assist with employee engagement, retention, and offboarding efforts.

Partner with leadership on hiring and workforce planning initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications
-
3+ years of Human Resources experience.
-
Experience with both recruiting and benefits administration.
-
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-
Bachelor's degree and/or HR certification preferred.
-
Experience supporting technical, professional, or manufacturing workforces is a plus.
