Job Description

CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants, has an immediate opening at our Support Center based in Irving, TX, for a Construction Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage work orders and vendor relationships to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
  • Process invoices, including coordination with contractors’ accounting departments.
  • Serve as the first-level approver for invoices.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and special projects in support of the Manager and Director of Facilities.
  • Coordinate and onboard new vendors.
  • Provide support to all Regional Facility Managers, including assistance with deferred issues and miscellaneous projects.
  • Maintain and manage insurance certificates for vendors and service providers (HVAC, Parkway, QSI, Durable, etc.).
  • Oversee preventative maintenance services to ensure compliance with service agreements and warranty requirements.
  • Manage new location file setup by creating profiles for newly opened stores.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by following up with vendors to ensure timely repairs and providing updates to requestors.
  • Perform additional duties and assist co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or members of the Corporate Management Team.

Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Facilities Department utilizing a Work Order Tracking System preferred.
  • Experience working with work order management systems; Verisae experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and technical proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 – 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel internationally to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
