What You Will Do

Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is the Raytheon Technologies composite manufacturing center of excellence for aerospace Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Maintenance, Repair Operations (MRO) products, and is a sourced supplier on several new engine programs with noteworthy growth in the coming years. This position will serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician that will support the production manufacturing line in Plant 5. This line is comprised of many highly automated operations including a state-of-the-art coating line. Candidates should be willing to be trained on the maintenance of a wide range of robotics, conveyors, ovens, and spraying systems. There will be extensive up front training and continued learning trainings for the employee in this role.

  • Performing Preventative Maintenance on Manufacturing Equipment

  • Completing Corrective Work Order for repairs needed on Equipment and in the shop

  • Manage and prioritize work assignments

  • Work with other skilled Maintenance Technicians to complete assigned tasks

  • Complete work activities safely, correctly, and on time

  • Communicate issues and needs to coworkers and Management

  • Must possess basic computer skills.

  • Must be able to work any shift: First, Second, Third and AWW

Qualifications You Must Have

  • HS Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in a Production Manufacturing Environment

  • Experience with Equipment Maintenance

  • Experience as an Aerospace Mechanic or Completed A&P Certification

  • Experience with automotive body work, automotive painting, machining, metal fabrication, welding, composites, automation, electrical, mechanical trouble shooting, and any hands on work in trades.
