Laborer

We are actively hiring a General Laborer for a limestone mining and production facility in Montevallo, AL. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform general labor duties throughout the plant and quarry

  • Assist with production, maintenance, and cleanup

  • Work around conveyors, crushers, and heavy equipment

  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What You Need:

  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)

  • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces

  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Ability to work in a dusty, industrial setting

  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Experience in construction, mining, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments

  • Experience working around heavy equipment
