Position Summary
Key Responsibilities

Support daily manufacturing and production activities.

Maintain work instructions and production documentation.

Prepare production reports, spreadsheets, and KPI dashboards.

Design simple fixtures, tooling, and production aids using CAD software.

Operate 3D printers for prototypes and manufacturing support.

Use AI and digital tools to improve reporting and workflow efficiency.

Participate in problem-solving and corrective action activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

5 years of experience in manufacturing & process improvement.

Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.

Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor.

Experience with 3D printing or additive manufacturing.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
