Job Duties

Flat Finisher

Key Responsibilities

Add red rubber inserts to dies according to customer specifications

Work with dies of various shapes and sizes

Measure, cut, and place rubber accurately for proper part ejection

Inspect dies and rubber placement for quality and fit

Follow detailed instructions for each job setup

Maintain a clean, organized work area

Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues or adjustments needed

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Qualifications

Ability to understand measurements and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable working with hand tools and cutting tools

Strong attention to detail and quality

Previous die‑casting or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
