Job Description
The Estimating Lead is primarily responsible for producing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates across an assigned range of job types and complexity levels. Beyond hands-on estimating work, this role provides technical leadership within the department — reviewing larger and more strategic quotes, serving as a point of escalation for other estimators, and playing an active role in training and developing team members. This role combines strong individual estimating output with the mentorship and guidance needed to build a more consistent, capable estimating team.
The salary range for this opportunity is $80,000-$110,000 depending on skillset and experience

Wide Format and Sheetfed experience
Finishing, die cutting, gluing, kitting/pack-out experience
3-10 years of estimating experience EFI Pace and Monarch experience
