Full job description

Temp to Hire

Production Associate / Machine Operator (Entry-Level) – Haven, KS

Pay: $18/hr (1st shift) • $19hr (2nd shift) $20/hr (3rd shift)

Type: Temp-to-hire • Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week) • All shifts available

If you like hands-on work and want a steady, full-time job with a path to hire-on, this production role in Haven, KS could be a great fit. We’re looking for dependable people who can work safely, show up consistently, and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

  • Feed materials into machines and remove finished product

  • Rack, stack, and organize product for the next step in production

  • Perform general production/warehouse tasks as you learn the process

  • Keep your work area clean and follow safety guidelines

What we’re looking for

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic (farm/ranch, manufacturing, warehouse, or physical-labor backgrounds do well here)

  • Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Able to work in a hot environment (no air conditioning)

Dress code / PPE

  • Closed-toe shoes required (steel-toe or composite-toe boots accepted)

  • Jeans and t-shirt (no tank tops)
