Dynamic Duo Support is seeking a Supported Employment Specialist For Brick and Toms River, NJ
Pay: $21–$26/hour (based on experience)
Dynamic Duo Support LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Supported Employment Specialist to support a 24‑year‑old male with mild intellectual disability as he builds skills, confidence, and independence in competitive employment.
Position Overview
The Supported Employment Specialist will provide individualized job coaching, workplace skill development, and ongoing employment support in community settings. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, organized, and committed to empowering individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
Completion of the Boggs Center 4‑Day Supported Employment Training (mandatory)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently in community‑based environments
Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
Responsibilities
Provide on‑site job coaching and workplace support
Assist with learning job tasks and building independence
Support communication with employers and coworkers
Help develop a resume and apply to jobs
Promote self‑advocacy, confidence, and skill development
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with DDD/Medicaid standards
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible scheduling based on individuals needs
$21–$26/hour, depending on experience and training
