SUNY Delhi is seeking a hardworking, dependable student with prior landscaping experience to assist our Grounds Department.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Push mowing and weed whacking of green areas
-Mulching and weeding in plant beds
-Cleans smoking gazebos
-Assists in the cleaning, greasing and maintenance of grounds equipment
-Assists the movers' positions with daily tasks when needed
-Assists with snow and ice control by shoveling, operating snow blowers and applying ice melt where there is little to no access with vehicles.
Job Requirements:
-Have and maintain a minimum of 2.00 cumulative GPA.
-Be in good judicial standing with the College.
-Must be a current SUNY Delhi student enrolled full time in classes for the 2026-2027 academic year.
-Must have references.
-Valid driver's license.
-Applicants must be reachable after hours for these duties as well.
