Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks including: 1. Operating mobile, boom, or truck mounted cranes to lift and move loads where maneuverability is not a factor. 2. Executing simple lifts and maneuvers in accordance with commercially accepted safe rigging practices. 3. Working with a lifting team using standard hand signals for crane operations. 4. Performing operator inspections of cranes. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will operate floating cranes and a variety of lattice and hydraulic booms, category 1 cranes with lifting capacities up to 150 ton and up to 300 feet of boom. You will make precise load load placements to position the load accurately and safely under complex and adverse conditions. You will lifts loads from water on logs, anchor buoys, boats, and canals. You will perform duties including the proper handling, containment, and disposal of hazardous material. Security clearance required: Confidential
