Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Lead sitting in Malvern AR. This role will The Electrical Engineer serve as the Owner’s representative for a greenfield combined cycle gas turbine power plant, overseeing all electrical engineering aspects from project development through commissioning. This role is responsible for reviewing and approving EPC and vendor designs for generation, high- and medium-voltage systems, substations, grid interconnection, and balance-of-plant electrical systems to ensure compliance with codes, interconnection requirements, and owner standards. The engineer supports procurement through technical evaluations, monitors construction and installation activities, resolves electrical technical issues, and supports testing and commissioning to ensure the facility is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and meets performance and reliability objectives.

10+ years of electrical engineering experience
Must be experienced with greenfield mega capital projects (300+ million)
Experience with high voltage Professional Engineer
Combined cycle gas turbine experience
