Full job description

1st & 2nd Shift - Assembly Technicians - Hiring Immediately - $17/hr to $20/hr

Job Description

Assemble precision products using build sheets, drawings, and work instructions. Ensure components meet quality and customer requirements through accurate assembly, inspection, measurement, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and inspect products to specified tolerances (up to 0.003").

  • Use calipers, gauges, micrometers, and microscopes to verify quality.

  • Operate hand tools for wire cutting, crimping, insulation trimming, and soldering.

  • Read and interpret drawings, BOMs, work orders, and technical documentation.

  • Use ERP systems to access production information and maintain traceability.

  • Complete required documentation and support packaging activities.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Required Skills

  • Experience with precision assembly, inspection, or manufacturing.

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

  • Proficiency with measuring and inspection equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production documentation.

  • Reliable, quality-focused, and able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
