As a Venture Development Intern, you’ll play a key role in building trawa across all core areas and will experience hands-on what it means to be an operator. We are hiring on a rolling basis, minimum duration is 3 months.

• Supercharge sales and GTM. You assist in developing new go-to-market initiatives and help optimize customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable growth.

• Optimize internal operations. You support the development and refinement of internal workflows, tools, and processes to help us scale efficiently. Your work will directly improve how we operate as a team and deliver value to customers.

• Collaborate with leadership. You work closely with senior leadership on customer projects and the design of operational processes and systems.

• Lead your own initiatives. You take ownership of cross-functional projects, drive them forward independently, and are responsible for their success. From concept to execution, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact.

• Take operational responsibility. You will experience what it means to run a business, deliver outputs to clients and get your hands dirty in everyday operations.

• You are a true team player. You understand humility and performance go hand in hand and what counts is the overall success of the team.

• Advanced Bachelor’s student, in your gap year, Master’s student, or recent graduate with outstanding academic achievements.

• You have a strong track record – analytical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and a high degree of independence set you apart.

• You’re highly motivated, hands-on, and eager to take real responsibility.

• You have first practical experience in a dynamic startup, top-tier strategy consultancy, or investment banking.

• You communicate clearly and effectively – both in German and English.
