Full job description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our elementary school team for the upcoming school year with Antietam School District.

This part-time opportunity begins in mid-August and offers a consistent daytime schedule with the potential to transition into a full-time position for candidates who are interested.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services to elementary-aged students.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, administrators, and related service providers.

  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans based on data and student performance.

  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and other communication needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, district, and Kelly Pediatric Therapy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license.

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered if applicable).

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
