BATCHING BULK HANDLER 1st shift or 2nd shift

Description
The Batching Bulk Handler is responsible for moving material using appropriate equipment and processes. Bulk Handlers are responsible for weighing and documenting batches before and after production run. Bulk Handlers are required to comply with all departmental safety requirements.
Essential Job Functions

Bulk handlers are to check with the Batching lead or supervisor for priorities and set up the first batch line on the production floor.

Will notify line supervisors and mechanics of any product status changes:
a. Product batch number changes
b. Bulk products brought to the line during shifts

will weigh all batches (totes, drums, etc.) before and after the production run. They will document gross, net, & tare weights on the back of the bulk movement ticket

are responsible for checking all product totes necessary and assure they are properly sanitized before pumping

will heat and pump product to specification where necessary
-
will use powered industrial equipment to move totes from and to the production and batching areas
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications needed
Valid Driver’s License/approved driver history report
1 year of forklift experience
