ABOUT TRACXN Tracxn is a leading global market-intelligence platform covering millions of private companies. We power decision-making for Venture Capital firms, Private Equity, Investment Banks, and Corporates with deep data and insights.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Quality Analyst to join our Data desk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our in-house reports, understanding and fulfilling data requests from clients, and conducting external research to support our outreach efforts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quality Control (QC) of In-House Reports

Review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports generated by our internal teams.

Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data.

Maintain and update documentation for QC processes. Serving Client Data Requests

Understand and interpret data requests from clients.

Create accurate and relevant data as per client requirements in a consumable format.

Conduct thorough QC of data before sharing with clients to ensure accuracy and reliability. External Research

Conduct external research to gather information and insights that support our outreach and collaborative efforts with journalists and media houses.

Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.

Assist in the development of outreach strategies based on research findings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–4 years of experience with data analysis.
- Interest in the startup ecosystem and its evolving trends.
- Interest in secondary research and analysis of market trends and industry data.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
