Full job description

KPM, a prominent leader in multifamily property management, is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our team. Our company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is committed to creating exceptional living environments while enhancing property values. As a Property Manager at KPM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

  • Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service.

  • Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

  • Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.

  • Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.

  • Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

  • Bilingual skills required to effectively engage with diverse residents.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

  • CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous.
