KPM, a prominent leader in multifamily property management, is seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our team. Our company, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is committed to creating exceptional living environments while enhancing property values. As a Property Manager at KPM, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of assigned properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and achieving financial objectives.
Responsibilities

Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

Lead and develop onsite teams to promote high performance and excellent customer service.

Implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.

Administer lease agreements, ensure compliance with laws, and handle tenant communications.

Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

Coordinate maintenance and vendor services to uphold property standards.

Address resident concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive community relations.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in multifamily property management or real estate operations.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Bilingual skills required to effectively engage with diverse residents.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

CAM or CAPS certification is advantageous.
