Job Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Co-Op will be assisting and supporting a Manufacturing Engineer of an assigned Plant with the following duties.

Perform Time Studies

Develop and perform process reviews.

Review production problems and help Identify a solution.

Develop, implement, and update documentation.

Review or modify CAD drawings.

Work closely with production employees to gather data.
Job Qualifications:
-
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Ability to communicate with a variety of levels of employees.

Must have own means of reliable communication.

Must be able to work onsite in a Mfg. Plant located in either New Bremen, New Knoxville, Minster, Celina, or Troy, Ohio.
