Full job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Settlement Specialist – Crypto to support daily settlement and reconciliation processes across both crypto and fiat transactions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all fund movements, while maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily crypto and fiat settlement operations

  • Review and approve crypto withdrawal transactions

  • Perform daily reconciliations across user balances, wallets, and partner systems

  • Monitor wallet balances and execute rebalancing across crypto and fiat assets

  • Oversee user deposit and withdrawal transactions

  • Prepare and submit settlement and regulatory reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics , or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in settlement, reconciliation, or customer fund management (preferably in the crypto industry)

  • Strong interest and understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets

  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment
