Boston Standard is looking for an HVAC Service Apprentice who wants to learn from experienced techs, get hands-on experience, and work toward becoming a full-fledged HVAC Service Technician.
No sitting behind a desk. You’ll be working with your hands, solving problems, learning something new every day, and building a career in a trade that’s always in demand.
What You’ll Do

Ride along with experienced HVAC Service Technicians

Help diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC systems

Get hands-on experience with AC, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and mini-splits

Learn how to troubleshoot problems instead of just replacing parts

Work directly with customers in their homes

Build your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow
What We’re Looking For

HVAC school or vocational training preferred

EPA 608 is a big plus
-
Some hands-on HVAC experience is great, but we’re willing to teach

Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools

Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn

Good with people and comfortable talking with customers

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
