What You’ll Be Doing

Operate a ready-mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer job sites

Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness

Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
-
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Support plant operations as needed to ensure timely and efficient production
What Are We Looking For

Valid CDL

Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow established driving protocols

Strong customer-service mindset with clear communication skills

Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work practices

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with variable daily assignments
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
