Job Introduction: Provides technical leadership in designing and building scalable, high-performance systems. Leads key engineering initiatives, mentors developers across teams, and contributes to the evolution of Tekion’s platform architecture and engineering excellence.​

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of complex software solutions and ensures alignment with architectural direction and business objectives.

  • ​Designs large-scale system components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

  • ​Partners with product managers and cross-functional leaders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

  • Guides engineering best practices, code standards, and performance tuning across teams.

  • ​Mentors and coaches engineers at all levels, supporting career growth and engineering maturity.

  • ​Investigates system-wide issues and drives root cause analysis and resolution strategies.​

Basic Qualifications:

  • ​7–10 years of experience in software engineering

  • ​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

  • ​Proven experience designing and delivering distributed systems and large-scale applications

  • ​Proficiency in cloud-native development, containerization, and modern development tools and frameworks

  • ​Strong skills in system performance, scalability, fault tolerance, and observability

  • ​Demonstrated ability to lead by example, mentor peers, and drive engineering excellence

  • ​Excellent cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills
