What is the opportunity?

The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to the Executive Committee by managing executive calendars and schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings and events, arranging domestic and international travel logistics, processing and pre-verifying expense reports in accordance with company policy, and preparing presentation materials and communications for executive stakeholders.

What will you do?

Maintain Outlook calendars and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings

Organize and execute events for Executive Committee and support onsite meetings with external partners

Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel agendas, including accommodations and itineraries

Process expense reports and assist with pre-approval workflows, ensuring adherence to company policy and guidelines

Support technology requests, supply orders and general administrative queries

Create and edit spreadsheets and presentations for internal and external meetings, including printing, copying, collating, and binding

Assist with special projects and reporting initiatives, including status updates on key departmental initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably supporting a senior management position

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills (including Microsoft Office)

Ability to use tools to streamline scheduling, documentation, and communications, reducing administrative burden and enabling strategic contributions

The expected salary range for this particular position is $50,000-$80,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
