About the Role: Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team in Naples, FL! This is your opportunity to do what you love in a professional, client-focused environment where your talent and dedication are truly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of professional facial and skin care treatments tailored to individual client needs

  • Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend appropriate services and products

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and membership enrollment

  • Perform waxing services including facial and body waxing

  • Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and retail product recommendations

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked treatment room in compliance with state regulations

  • Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and welcoming client experience Requirements:

  • Valid Florida Esthetician license required

  • Prior experience in a spa, salon, or medical esthetics setting preferred

  • Strong knowledge of skin care techniques, facial treatments, and waxing services

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership sales

  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
