  • Provide functional leadership and execution direction to site-based reliability engineers and cross-functional teams

  • Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to eliminate waste, improve process efficiency, and enhance maintenance effectiveness

  • Support and reinforce Continuous Site Presence (CSP) through consistent application of best practices across locations

  • Partner with operations and maintenance leadership to build a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrate client's value as a strategic partner by delivering measurable performance, efficiency, and financial outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience (typically 10–15+ years) in reliability, maintenance, or plant operations within power generation or heavy industry

  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in asset performance, uptime, and cost efficiency

  • Demonstrated technical expertise combined with strong communication capability, with the ability to engage both site personnel and executive leadership

  • Strong working knowledge of:

o Reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCFA)

o Work process control (WPC) and planning & scheduling best practices

o Maintenance and reliability performance metrics and KPIs

o Lean principles and continuous improvement practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and/or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)

  • Lean Green Belt (or higher) or equivalent structured continuous improvement experience

Leadership Profile

  • Ability to influence across sites and functions without direct authority

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate reliability actions into financial impact (EBITDA-focused)

  • High accountability with a bias for action and results

  • Strong advocate of Lean thinking and continuous improvement culture

  • Effective communicator capable of engaging across all organizational levels

Success Measures

  • Sustained improvement in reliability-driven financial performance (ROI impact)

  • Reduction in unplanned downtime and maintenance variability
