AI Medical Operations - Video Understanding Uncovr is always looking for highly specialized surgeons across disciplines to support our mission of building AI-powered infrastructure for the future of surgery.

This is not a full-time role. It is a flexible, mission-driven collaboration for expert surgeons who can help us interpret, describe, and clinically evaluate surgical videos in their respective specialties. We are looking to work with surgeons across areas such as urology, bariatrics, thoracic surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, colorectal surgery, gynecology, and other complex surgical fields.

Your role will be to provide clear expert voiceover and clinical context for surgical procedures, benchmark AI model report outputs against real surgical standards, and relay structured feedback to our engineering team so we can improve the reliability and usefulness of our systems.
