Full job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to join their team. As a Tool & Die Maker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tool & Die Maker

Location: Somerset, PA

Pay Range: $17+ based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday shifts available

What's the Job?

  • Build and maintain molds to ensure high-quality production standards

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately

  • Utilize hand tools and machinery to craft precise tool components

  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot mold issues

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during all manufacturing processes

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; training provided

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints

  • Steel or composite toe boots are required for safety

  • Dress code is casual (jeans/shorts & t-shirt), comfortable attire encouraged

  • Reliable attendance and a proactive work ethic
