About the Department:
- The Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit implements a team approach, offering physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies, social workers and 24-hour rehabilitation nursing care under the direction of a medical director who specializes in rehabilitation. The unit offers comfortable, spacious rooms designed to maximize each patient's rehabilitation potential. Therapy areas are conveniently located within the unit.
About The Career:
- The primary function of the Occupational Therapist is to perform evaluations, to plan, implement and modify treatment programs; to direct and supervise physical therapy services; to participate in discharge planning; to pursue professional growth; assist with educational duties and perform administrative and other duties as required. Must comply with all aspects of the Colorado Occupational Therapy Act in providing occupational therapy services..
All About You :

Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Must be graduate of Occupational Therapy program accredited by the A.O.T.A. and prove successful completion of Occupational Therapy Registration Exam.

Must hold current licensure by State of Colorado as an O.T.R.

BLS Certification required.

Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and show good judgment.

The ability to make decisions under pressure and deadlines required.
