Full job description
Special Education Teacher needed 45/hour in the Eastpointe, MI area!!
The Special Education Teacher works with students in grades K-12 and supports their academic success. Under the guidance of the Special Education Program Administrator, they provide specialized instruction, tutoring, and support. They also work closely with general education teachers to plan and implement student learning programs.
**If you hold a substitute teaching license, have classroom experience, and are currently enrolled in a teaching program, we encourage you to apply. We are open to considering qualified candidates and can discuss compensation based on your experience and credentials.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Valid state teaching certification

Teaching experience preferred

Special Education/LBS1 endorsement preferred

Meets all professional, state, and federal requirements

CPR, health, and TB documentation if required

Must be at least 18 years old
