We are seeking an Associate Director, Product Design to lead the design of the next evolution of the product. This role is ideal for a strategic design leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply passionate about user-centered design, and is excited to shape the future of health technology at scale.
What You'll Work On
As the Associate Director, you will:

Lead Product Evolution : Own the design vision for Lingo 2.0, our next-generation health platform. You'll rearchitect the user experience from the ground up, making it simpler and more intuitive while delivering actionable insights that empower users to make smarter health decisions.

Champion User-Centered Design : Ensure that all design work is grounded in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

Lead Design Work : Own the design direction and execution for major product initiatives, setting the standard for design quality across the team. Mentor and guide other designers through feedback, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner closely with product management, engineering, brand, and marketing to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences across mobile and web platforms

Influence Product Direction : Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning by advocating for the user and identifying opportunities for differentiation through design.

Communicate Design Impact : Articulate design vision, progress, and impact to product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. ·

Bachelors in design, HCI, or a related field.

Deep expertise in UX/UI design for mobile and web applications.

Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, and measurable impact.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in design

Experience in health tech, wearables, or performance-focused consumer products is a plus.

Strong understanding of agile development, design thinking, and user research

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

The base pay for this position is $148,700.00 – $297,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
