What you’ll do: Provide meaningful, one-on-one care that helps clients stay safe and independent at home:

Companionship, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation

Personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility support)

Support with daily routines and medication reminders

Communicate changes in client condition with the care team
Earn more with advanced caregiving skills We offer higher pay rates for caregivers with experience in:

Memory care (Alzheimer’s or dementia)
-
Parkinson’s care
-
Bed-bound care (including in-bed bathing and repositioning)
-
Safe transfers (Hoyer lift, gait belt, bed-to-chair)

Hands-on bathing and mobility assistance
What you need:

At least 6 months of caregiving experience

Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background checks and screenings No CNA or HHA certification required — but higher pay is available for licensed and experienced caregivers.
