Adecco is actively hiring an experienced Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist II for our client in Buckeye, AZ. This is an immediate opportunity to join a reputable company and make a meaningful impact within the warehouse and distribution sector.
As an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist II, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of inventory and ensuring quality standards across multiple distribution centers and off-site facilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed audits to verify accuracy and compliance, identifying and resolving process discrepancies, and supporting cycle counts to enhance inventory accuracy. You will utilize your DC process knowledge to perform QA audits, maintain RF equipment functionality, and generate comprehensive audit reports. Collaboration with team members and support on special projects will be essential to success in this role.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse, distribution, or ICQA roles
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)

Experience operating RF equipment
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably in a warehouse environment
-
Experience operating PIT equipment is preferred
Shift details:
- Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Pay Details: $21.69 per hour
