Job Duties

Partner with business stakeholders to define product strategy and priorities.

Own and manage the product backlog based on business value.
-
Translate business objectives into user stories and acceptance criteria.
-
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
-
Coordinate delivery activities across business and technical teams.
-
Remove roadblocks and support continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
-
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
-
Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and delivery practices.
Minimum Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum Experience Required
-
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Experience working within Agile delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Strong experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
-
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving team accountability.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
