Responsibilities Provides professional nursing care for patients with acute and/or chronic wounds, ostomies, fistulas, tubes, skin, and incontinence issues. Works under the direct supervision of the Wound Care Clinician or providers to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsible for maintaining the standards of practice, complying with established policy and procedure, managing supplies and equipment, and promoting collaboration with medical and other staff.   • Graduate of an accredited LPN program Required

Work Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience in nursing Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure or NLC/eNLC Multistate License Required

  • BCLS - Basic Life Support Required

  • Must maintain CEU’s as required by the state
