Homewatch Caregivers is looking for educated, compassionate individuals with a strong desire to help those in need in the Bucks County area. The ideal caregiver for our team will go above and beyond simple assistance with daily tasks, making their main priority to improve our clients’ quality of life.
Our caregivers support adults of varying backgrounds who due to their mental or physical condition cannot effectively care for themselves. Our goal is to implement individualized care plans and ensure client needs are met, while treating them with the same respect and empathy as you would treat your own family.

Responsibilities

Anticipate, identify and resolve client care needs.

Be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility issues, transportation and ambulation.

Ensure personal care (hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal prep, grooming, etc.) reflects each client’s plan of care and personal preferences.

Promote independence and empower clients by focusing on their capabilities rather than their struggles.

Remind clients to take the correct dose at the correct time as prescribed. We do not administer medication.
