$65/Hour | Part-Time (20 Hours/Week) | Middle School Caseload | Sandy, OR

Looking for a flexible school-based SLP opportunity with a manageable caseload and the ability to make a meaningful impact? Join a supportive student services team in Sandy, Oregon , serving middle school students throughout the 2026-2027 school year .

Pay & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $65/hour

  • Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,300

  • Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

  • Flexibility: District can be flexible with days worked, provided weekly hours do not exceed 20

  • Contract Length: 9 Months

  • Start Date: August 31, 2026

  • Location: Sandy, OR

  • Work Setting: Onsite School-Based Position

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services

  • Manage caseload and monitor student progress

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and student services professionals

  • Participate in IEP meetings and related student services activities

Caseload Details

  • Total Caseload: Approximately 30 students

  • Case Management: 10 students

  • Direct Therapy Services: Approximately 20 students

  • Student Population: Middle school students with speech and communication disorders and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder

Required Qualifications

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment

  • Must comply with all professional standards of practice

  • Current CPR certification (if required)

  • TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if required)

  • Current health certificate (if required by contract or state regulations)

  • Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

  • Experience working with middle school-aged students

  • Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and communication disorders

Interview Process

Candidates will interview with the Student Services team, including the Student Services Coordinator.
