Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services

Manage caseload and monitor student progress

Collaborate with educators, families, and student services professionals

Participate in IEP meetings and related student services activities
Caseload Details

Total Caseload: Approximately 30 students
-
Case Management: 10 students
-
Direct Therapy Services: Approximately 20 students

Student Population: Middle school students with speech and communication disorders and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder
Required Qualifications
-
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment
-
Must comply with all professional standards of practice

Current CPR certification (if required)
-
TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if required)
-
Current health certificate (if required by contract or state regulations)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
-
Experience working with middle school-aged students
-
Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and communication disorders
Interview Process
Candidates will interview with the Student Services team, including the Student Services Coordinator.
