Staff Management | SMX is hiring Production Processing Associates to work with our client in Harbeson, DE.

Production Processing Associates work in a fast-paced poultry processing facility, supporting various stages of production.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position with opportunities for overtime. No experience is required - training will be provided.

Walk-in applications are welcome Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM.

Bonus: $150 bonus for specialty department (Per eligibility requirements).

Position Requirements:

All positions require:

• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand for the duration of the shift.

• Experience in fostering a safe and healthy work environment

• The ability to work in a team.

• Associates to meet attendance expectations.

• The ability and willingness to work all shifts/schedules as needed, including overtime.

• The ability to work in a cool, sometimes cold working environment.

Requirements: Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
