Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional!
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than help people find apartments—you'll help create a place they can proudly call home. From attracting and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to completing move-ins and building lasting relationships, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community.
We're looking for someone who brings genuine enthusiasm to helping others, takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident experience, and treats every interaction with professionalism and respect. Your ability to connect with people, communicate with integrity, and create welcoming experiences will make a meaningful impact on both our residents and our team.

Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $19.00 - $21.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)
Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)

Hours & Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Rotating Saturdays: 10:00AM - 5:00PM
*Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What We’ll Expect from You:
Prior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
