If you're an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical problems, and keeping production running efficiently, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for maintaining production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime and support daily operations.
Responsibilities include:

Perform preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems.

Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize downtime.

Repair or replace motors, bearings, gears, shafts, belts, chains, and other mechanical components.
-
Inspect, test, and adjust machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
-
Lubricate equipment and complete scheduled maintenance activities.
-
Partner with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
-
Assist with facility maintenance and general building repairs as needed.
-
Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
-
Follow all plant safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience , or 4+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.

Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, or electronic equipment.
-
Ability to read equipment manuals and complete maintenance documentation.
-
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
-
Ability to safely operate or learn powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, or genie lifts.
-
Technical, vocational, or maintenance school training is a plus.
