Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Administers tuberculosis testing for all employees. Oversees appropriate follow-up of positive results and ensures compliance with OSHA requirements.

Administers vaccines as required by policy. Records all vaccination information in accordance with policy and federal law.

Provides accurate and timely documentation of employee health records; maintains and ensures confidentiality of all employee files.

Provides and assists with fit testing for all employees.

Orders and maintains all necessary supplies for the employee health department.

Responsible for filing all employee health records.

Performs other related job duties as assigned.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Medical assistant certification. One year of experience in a medical setting.

BLS certification.
Preferred:
-
Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Three years of prior work experience in a medical setting.

Tuberculosis Skin Test (TST) / Train the Trainer (TTT) certified.
