Junior Accountant

Location: Moon Township

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $62k-$64k , 6% annual bonus potential

About the Opportunity

Established organization is seeking a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and administrative functions. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to build their experience across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close .

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable , including invoicing and customer account support

  • Assist with Accounts Payable , including invoice processing, payments, vendor setup, and reconciliations

  • Review expense reports for accuracy and proper classification

  • Assist with bank reconciliations

  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Assist with financial statements and related accounting activities

  • Support month-end and year-end close

  • Assist with audit requests and documentation

  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team

  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, and Management

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3+ years of accounting experience

  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

  • Experience with an ERP or accounting system; SAP experience is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

  • Customer service experience is a plus

  • Valid driver’s license
