Project Manager

The company specializes in complex infrastructure projects including wastewater treatment facilities, heavy civil construction, dam rehabilitation, excavation, process piping, and related public works projects throughout the Northeastern United States. . Position Overview & Key Responsibiliti
- esManage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3–4 projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in valu
- e.Lead project planning, execution, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and closeout activitie
- s.Review and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones, deliverables, and production goals are achieve
- d.Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, owners, engineers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project performanc
- e.Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, budgets, schedules, and operational objective
- s.Visit active job sites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor progress, address challenges, and support field team
- s.Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirement
- s.Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication utilizing construction management software and scheduling tool
- s.Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and project profitabilit
