Project Manager

. Position Overview & Key Responsibiliti

  • esManage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects simultaneously, typically overseeing 3–4 projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million in valu

  • s.Visit active job sites on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to monitor progress, address challenges, and support field team
  • s.Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with contractual requirement
  • s.Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication utilizing construction management software and scheduling tool

  • ts.Proven experience managing projects valued at $2 million or greater from project inception through completi

  • ts.Working knowledge of survey layouts, site development, and field construction operatio
