Job Duties
MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Fairmont, anticipated starting date as soon as possible.
Applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of a home supporting 5 adults living with disabilities.
Possess knowledge and skills in:

Skills training and promoting choice
-
Staff supervision, mentoring, evaluating, scheduling

Computer programs such as Microsoft Office
-
Working knowledge of applicable DHS rules and regulations is helpful
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Responsibilities include providing direct care as needed to those we serve.
Starting wage is $22.75/hour awake wage.

Additional Compensation
All Training is paid time
Travel time from base service to other locations as required is paid time
