Job Duties

MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Fairmont, anticipated starting date as soon as possible.

Applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of a home supporting 5 adults living with disabilities.

Possess knowledge and skills in:

  • Skills training and promoting choice

  • Staff supervision, mentoring, evaluating, scheduling

  • Computer programs such as Microsoft Office

  • Working knowledge of applicable DHS rules and regulations is helpful

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Responsibilities include providing direct care as needed to those we serve.

Starting wage is $22.75/hour awake wage.

Additional Compensation

All Training is paid time

Travel time from base service to other locations as required is paid time

Double time for working a holiday

Time and a half for working overtime (40 hours in the week)
