About the role

The Housekeeper Supervisor oversees one or more floors of the hotel.

His/her role is to supervise the work of the chambermaids, valets and staff to ensure that the rooms, public areas and pantries are properly maintained .

He/she must carry out his/her work in accordance with our company's standards, pay attention to the needs of our customers and try to exceed their expectations.

He/she is under the responsibility of the management of his/her department: Assistant General Manager and Head of Department and works in close collaboration with the various departments of the hotel.

What you will do

  • Supervise a team of Housekeepers and Clerks and carry out daily inspections in order to offer guests a pleasant , efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons Standards.

  • Checks that the work of each member of the team is carried out according to the priorities of the day .

  • Checks all the rooms on his / her floor ( departures , reoccupancies , vacancies , etc. ), and ensures that all quality criteria are met.

  • Organises his/her day according to priorities and knowledge of customers.

“The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management ”.

  • Valid work permit

  • Languages: Fluent French and English preferred

  • Thoroughness, availability, sense of service and discretion

  • 39-hour seasonal contract
