Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time Residential Shift

What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support while helping individuals live active, meaningful lives.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide daily support and supervision to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities

Assist with personal care and promote independence in daily living skills

Transport individuals to community outings, appointments, and recreational activities

Plan and participate in engaging activities such as arts & crafts, cooking, games, and outings

Support community involvement through volunteering, shopping trips, and social events

Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
-
Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment
